Patriots escape against Bills

Tom Brady's 16-yard touchdown pass to Benjamin Watson with 0:50 on the clock lifted the New England Patriots over the Buffalo Bills 25-24 on Monday night.

New England couldn't cover as 10-point home favorites, while the game played OVER the 46.5-point total set by oddsmakers.

Brady finished 39-of-53 for 378 yards with two TDs and an interception for the Patriots, while Randy Moss caught 12 balls for 141 yards for New England.

Trent Edwards was 15-of-25 for 212 yards with two touchdown strikes for Buffalo, which got 140 all-purpose yards and a score from Fred Jackson in the loss.
