Seahawks fly past resting Colts
Shawn Alexander rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns, and caught another for a TD on Saturday to help lead the Seattle Seahawks to a 28-13 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Seattle, who improved to 13-2, was listed as a 10-point favorite at home in this one and were able to cover the spread. The game’s combined 41 points fell UNDER the posted total (43.5).
Matt Hasselbeck completed 17-of-21 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns. Jerramy Stevens was the leading receiver for Seattle, with five catches for 39 yards and a touchdown.
Jim Sorgi replaced Peyton Manning early in the game, and completed 22-of-31 passes for 237 yards, including a six-yard TD to Troy Walters.
