Bears vs Lions Final: 19-14 - Recap

Chicago's aerial attack produced 372 yards and the Bears produced a 19-14 victory over Detroit on Sunday at Soldier Field.

The Bears won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the 6.5-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Matt Forte rushed for 50 yards, while Chester Taylor added 29 yards in the win. Matt Forte and Devin Aromashodu added 151 and 71 receiving yards respectively.

Jahvid Best rushed for 20 yards for Detroit, while Jerome Felton added 7 yards. Shaun Hill threw for 88 yards for the Lions, while receivers Calvin Johnson and Tony Scheffler had 45 and 43 yards respectively.

Chicago outgained Detroit 463-168 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 23-13 by the Bears.

Chicago led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:42/25:18 split in that important category.

Next game, Chicago takes its act on the road to face Dallas looking for another win. For Detroit, they head home to face Philadelphia.
