New York Defeats New England 28-14 - Recap

The Jets got a 3-TD performance from Mark Sanchez as New York handed New England a 28-14 defeat on Sunday at Meadowlands Stadium.

New York was an underdog by 3 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 39.5.

LaDainian Tomlinson rushed for 76 yards, while Shonn Greene added 52 yards in the win. Dustin Keller and Braylon Edwards added 115 and 45 receiving yards respectively.

Kevin Faulk rushed for 22 yards for New England, while BenJarvus Green-Ellis added 19 yards. Tom Brady threw for 248 yards for the Patriots, while receivers Aaron Hernandez and Wes Welker had 101 and 38 yards respectively.

New England lost the time of possession battle 32:32/27:28, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

New York looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Dolphins. The Patriots will aim to get back on the winning track vs Buffalo.
