Jacksonville Defeats Indianapolis 31-28 - Recap

Maurice Jones-Drew tore up the turf for 105 rushing yards on Sunday to lead the Jaguars to a 31-28 win over the Colts at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.

The Jaguars were a 7-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 45.5.

David Garrard completed 17 of 22 pass attempts for 163 yards and 2 TDs for the Jaguars in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Joseph Addai rushed for 63 yards for Indianapolis, while Peyton Manning added -1 yards. Peyton Manning threw for 352 yards for the Colts, while receivers Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark had 196 and 68 yards respectively.

Jacksonville was outgained by Indianapolis 406-337 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 28-20 by the Colts.

Jacksonville lost the time of possession battle 30:14/29:46, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Jacksonville looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Bills. The Colts will aim to get back on the winning track vs Kansas City.
