Recap - Falcons Defeat Cincinnati 39-32

The Falcons got a 3-TD performance from Matt Ryan as Atlanta handed Cincinnati a 39-32 defeat on Sunday at Georgia Dome.

Atlanta was a favorite by 3.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 42.5.

Michael Turner rushed for 121 yards, while Gartrell Johnson added 23 yards in the win. Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez added 201 and 27 receiving yards respectively.

Cedric Benson rushed for 70 yards for Cincinnati, while Bernard Scott added 14 yards. Carson Palmer threw for 412 yards for the Bengals, while receivers Jordan Shipley and Chad Ochocinco had 131 and 108 yards respectively.

Cincinnati outgained Atlanta 469-452 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 28-22 by the Bengals.

The time of possession battle favored Cincinnati as their offense was on the field for 30:22, longer than the 29:38 of their opponents.

Atlanta looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Buccaneers. The Bengals will aim to get back on the winning track vs Miami.
