Denver vs Kansas City Recap - Chiefs Win 10-6

Jamaal Charles ran for 116 yards as Kansas City handled Denver by a score of 10-6 on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the 8.5-point spread. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 48.5.

Matt Cassel completed 17 of 31 pass attempts for 196 yards and 1 TD for the Chiefs in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Knowshon Moreno rushed for 161 yards for Denver. Kyle Orton threw for 117 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Brandon Lloyd and Jabar Gaffney had 31 and 28 yards respectively.

Denver was outgained by Kansas City 359-247 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 21-13 by the Chiefs.
