Recap - Patriots Defeat New York 45-3

The Patriots got a 4-TD performance from Tom Brady as New England handed New York a 45-3 defeat on Monday at Gillette Stadium.

New England was the ATS victor, as they covered the 4-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 44.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed for 72 yards, while Danny Woodhead added 11 yards in the win. Danny Woodhead and Wes Welker added 104 and 80 receiving yards respectively.

Shonn Greene rushed for 64 yards for New York, while LaDainian Tomlinson added 47 yards. Mark Sanchez threw for 164 yards for the Jets, while receivers Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards had 72 and 39 yards respectively.

New York lost the offensive yardage battle to New England 405-301 yards in Monday's game. New England had more first downs as that total ended up 23-18.

New England led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:01/28:59 split in that important category.

New England looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Bears. The Jets will aim to get back on the winning track vs Miami.
