Bears hold off Colts
The Chicago Bears built up a 10-point lead, and held off a late TD for a 27-24 win over the Indianapolis Colts Monday night at the RCA Dome.
Chicago managed to cover the 2.5-point spread, and the combined 51 points sailed OVER the posted over/under (36).
Adrian Peterson and Rex Grossman each ran in for a touchdown for the Bears, while Grossman completed 9-of-11 for 59 yards in the win.
Josh Betts took most of the snaps for the Colts, and finished 12-for-20 for 125 yards with one TD. Joseph Addai carried the ball seven times for 24 yards with a touchdown.
