Recap - Raiders Defeat Denver 23-20

Darren McFadden scampered through the Denver defense for 150 yards as Oakland handed the Broncos a 23-20 defeat on Monday at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Oakland won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 3-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 42.5.

Jason Campbell completed 13 of 22 pass attempts for 105 yards and 1 TD for the Raiders in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Knowshon Moreno rushed for 22 yards for Denver, while Kyle Orton added 13 yards. Kyle Orton threw for 304 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Brandon Lloyd and Eric Decker had 89 and 53 yards respectively.

Denver outgained Oakland 310-289 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 25-20 by the Broncos.

Denver lost the time of possession battle 32:35/27:25, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Oakland takes its act on the road to face Buffalo looking for another win. For Denver, they head home to face Cincinnati.
