Patriots Fall 25-17 Against Pittsburgh - Game Recap

Ben Roethlisberger led the way with 365 passing yards on Sunday as the Steelers picked up a 25-17 victory over the Patriots at Heinz Field.

The Steelers were a 3-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 51.5.

Rashard Mendenhall rushed for 70 yards, while Mewelde Moore added 16 yards in the win. Heath Miller and Mike Wallace added 85 and 70 receiving yards respectively.

Kevin Faulk rushed for 32 yards for New England, while BenJarvus Green-Ellis added 9 yards. Tom Brady threw for 198 yards for the Patriots, while receivers Rob Gronkowski and Wes Welker had 94 and 39 yards respectively.

New England was outgained by Pittsburgh 427-213 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 29-19 by the Steelers.

The time of possession battle favored Pittsburgh as their offense was on the field for 39:22, longer than the 20:38 of their opponents.

Pittsburgh looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Ravens. The Patriots will aim to get back on the winning track vs New York.
