49ers Fall 16-6 Against Baltimore - Game Recap

The 49ers came up short against the Ravens in Week 12 action on Thursday, falling 16-6 at M&T Bank Stadium.

Baltimore was a favorite by 3.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 40.5.

Joe Flacco completed 15 of 23 pass attempts for 161 yards and 1 TD for the Ravens in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Frank Gore rushed for 39 yards for San Francisco, while Kendall Hunter added 14 yards. Alex Smith threw for 140 yards for the 49ers, while receivers Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis had 54 and 38 yards respectively.

San Francisco lost the offensive yardage battle to Baltimore 253-170 yards in Thursday's game. Baltimore had more first downs as that total ended up 16-12.

The time of possession battle favored Baltimore as their offense was on the field for 31:08, longer than the 28:52 of their opponents.

Next game, Baltimore takes its act on the road to face Cleveland looking for another win. For San Francisco, they head home to face St. Louis.
