Recap - Jaguars Defeat New York 32-31

The Jaguars grabbed a P1 victory over the Giants on Friday, winning 32-31 at EverBank Field.

Jacksonville won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the 2-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 35.5.

Jordan Palmer completed 9 of 13 pass attempts for 110 yards and 0 TDs for the Jaguars in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

David Wilson rushed for 43 yards for New York, while D.J. Ware added 30 yards. Eli Manning threw for 60 yards for the Giants, while receivers Victor Cruz and Martellus Bennett had 28 and 27 yards respectively.

New York lost the offensive yardage battle to Jacksonville 313-258 yards in Friday's game. Jacksonville had more first downs as that total ended up 20-19.

Jacksonville led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:03/25:57 split in that important category.

Jacksonville looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Saints. The Giants will aim to get back on the winning track at New York.
