Colts Fall 30-17 Against Washington - Game Recap

Washington got a 107-yard performance from Alfred Morris as a key part of its 30-17 victory over the Colts on Saturday at FedExField.

The Redskins were a 3-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 41.5.

Rex Grossman completed 8 of 8 pass attempts for 127 yards and 2 TDs for the Redskins in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Deji Karim rushed for 18 yards for Indianapolis, while Vick Ballard added 8 yards. Andrew Luck threw for 151 yards for the Colts, while receivers Griff Whalen and Jeremy Ross had 66 and 59 yards respectively.

Indianapolis was outgained by Washington 348-323 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-19 by the Colts.

The time of possession battle favored Indianapolis as their offense was on the field for 33:38, longer than the 26:22 of their opponents.

Next game, Washington takes its act home to face Tampa Bay looking for another win. For Indianapolis, they head home to face Cincinnati.
