Recap - Lions Defeat Philadelphia 26-23

Matthew Stafford's 311-yard performance through the air was the key in Detroit's 26-23 win over Philadelphia on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Detroit was the ATS victor, as they covered the 3.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 47.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Mikel LeShoure rushed for 70 yards, while Joique Bell added 38 yards in the win. Calvin Johnson and Tony Scheffler added 135 and 81 receiving yards respectively.

Michael Vick rushed for 59 yards for Philadelphia, while LeSean McCoy added 22 yards. Michael Vick threw for 311 yards for the Eagles, while receivers Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson had 130 and 74 yards respectively.

Philadelphia lost the offensive yardage battle to Detroit 449-357 yards in Sunday's game. Detroit had more first downs as that total ended up 25-24.

Detroit lost the time of possession battle 33:19/30:41, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Detroit heads into a Week 7 battle against the Bears. Philadelphia, meanwhile, will have their next action against Atlanta.
