Goaltender Dany Sabourin was a brick wall in the shootout, completing the Pittsburgh Penguins' 4-3 comeback win over the New York Islanders at Nassau Coliseum Saturday.
Pittsburgh stole the victory as a -157 road favorite. The final score played over the 5.5-goal total set by sportsbooks.
The Penguins got a late goal from Tyler Kennedy, his second of the game, to force overtime and the eventual shootout. Also scoring for Pittsburgh was Jordan Staal. Petr Sykora notched the shootout winner.
Doug Weight and Andy Hilbert picked up a goal and assist each while winger Tim Jackman scored his first goal of the season.
