Crosby, Pens rally past Flyers

Sidney Crosby tied the game with his second goal at 17:27 of the third period and Alex Goligoski netted the shootout winner as the Pittsburgh Penguins got by the Philadelphia Flyers 5-4 Thursday at Mellon Arena.

Pittsburgh won the game as -165 favorites, while the combined score made it OVER the posted over/under (5.5).

Matt Cooke and Evgeni Malkin scored the other goals for the Penguins in regulation. Petr Sykora pocketed two assists in the win.

Simon Gagne scored twice for the Flyers, while singles came from Jeff Carter and Joffrey Lupul.
