Boston Bruins goaltender Manny Fernandez stopped 27 shots to shutout the Florida Panthers 4-0 at BankAtlantic Center Saturday.
Boston won as a -125 road favorite while the final score finished under the 5.5-goal total.
The Bruins got goals from Michael Ryder, Phil Kessel, Shane Hnidy and Blake Wheeler , who also added an assist in the win.
Panthers goaltender Craig Anderson allowed three goals on 24 shots. The team brought in Tomas Vokoun late in the game. He gave up one goal on four shots.
