Bruins bounce back with win over Thrashers
The Boston Bruins got back on track with a 4-2 win over the Atlanta Thrashers at TD Banknorth Garden Saturday night.
Boston won as a big -270 home favorite while the final score played over the 5.5-goal total.
The Bruins got two goals from Michael Ryder in the first and third periods. Phil Kessel and Dennis Wideman each added power play goals in the teams sixth win in the last seven games.
Nathan Oystrick added a goal and an assist for the Thrashers. Marty Reasoner added a goal late in the third period.
