Devils fend off Bruins in OT

The New Jersey Devils squandered a two-goal lead, but managed to sneak out a 4-3 win over the Boston Bruins in overtime Thursday night at TD Banknorth Garden.

New Jersey won the game as +140 underdogs, while the seven goals made it OVER the posted over/under (5.5).

Jamie Langenbrunner scored the OT winner and added another in regulation to lead the Devils, while singles came from Zach Parise and Patrik Elias.

Chuck Kobasew, Marc Savard, and Dennis Wideman replied for the Bruins.
