New Jersey won the game as -145 favorites, while the seven goals made it OVER the posted over/under (5.5).
Bobby Holik and Brendan Shanahan scored the other goals for the Devils. Scott Clemmensen faced just 16 shots in the win.
Max Talbot, Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin scored for the Penguins. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 39 shots in the loss.
