Toronto won as a +117 home underdog while the final score played over the 6.5-goal total.
The Leafs' Jason Blake and Matt Stajan scored in the third period to hold of a Penguins push. Alexei Ponikarovsky, Nik Antropov and Ian White also scored in the win.
The Penguins got three third-period goals from Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Tyler Kennedy. Miroslav Satan scored the other goal for Pittsburgh.
