Evgeni Malkin potted the deciding goal in the shootout to lift the Pittsburgh Penguins over the Florida Panthers 4-3 on Tuesday night.
Pittsburgh won as -165 home favorites as the teams played over the 5.5-goal total posted by oddsmakers.
Malkin also lit up the lamp in regulation for the Penguins, who got a goal and an assist from Sidney Crosby in the payday.
Keith Ballard and Nick Boynton each finished with a goal and an assist for Florida, which was outshot 50-21 by Pittsburgh.
