Eric Staal scored twice and the Carolina Hurricanes took a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semfinal with a 4-1 victory over the top-seeded Boston Bruins Friday night at RBC Center.
Carolina won the game as +110 underdogs, and the five goals went as a PUSH against the posted over/under (5).
Jussi Jokinen and Sergei Samsonov also scored for the Hurricanes. Marc Savard scored on the power play for the Bruins only goal.
