Capitals sweep away Maple Leafs

Alexander Semin scored twice and added an assist Saturday, as the Washington Capitals got past the Toronto Maple Leafs 6-4 at the Verizon Center.

Washington won the game as -195 favorites, and the 10 goals sailed OVER the posted over/under (10).

Alexander Ovechkin, Brendan Morrison, Mike Knuble, and Brooks Laich added singles for the Capitals.

Lee Stempniak, Alexei Ponikarovsky, Mikhail Grabovski, and Niklas Hagman scored for the Maple Leafs.
