Senators edge Maple Leafs

Daniel Alfredsson scored on a penalty shot in the second period to lead the Ottawa Senators past the Toronto Maple Leafs 2-1 on Tuesday night.

Ottawa cashed as -105 road underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 6-goal total set by oddsmakers.

Shean Donovan potted the other marker for the Senators, who outshot the Maple Leafs 28-27 in the payday.

Matt Stajan found the back of net on the power play for Toronto, while Francois Beauchemin and Tomas Kaberle assisted on the goal for the Maple Leafs.
