Alexander Semin's marker in the third period was the winner, as the Washington Capitals dropped the Philadelphia Flyers 4-2 on Tuesday night.

Washington cashed as -145 home favorites, while the game resulted in a PUSH on the 6-goal total set by oddsmakers.
