Blue Jackets edge Oilers in shootout

Jakub Voracek scored the winner in the shootout to lift the Columbus Blue Jackets over the Edmonton Oilers 3-2 on Monday night.

Columbus won as -155 home favorites, while the teams played UNDER the 5.5-goal total set by sportsbooks.

Anton Stralman had a goal and an assist in regulation for the Blue Jackets, who got two helpers from Fedor Tyutin in the win.

Lubomir Visnovsky put up a goal and an assist for Edmonton, while Sheldon Souray recorded a pair of helpers for the Oilers.
