Ryan Getzlaf and Bobby Ryan scored in regulation for the Ducks, who were outshot 43-31 by the Flames in the win.
Jarome Iginla and Curtis Glencross lit up the lamp for Calgary, while Olli Jokinen assisted on both goals for the Flames.
