Anderson, Avalanche shut down Lightning

Craig Anderson made 33 saves to earn the shutout, as the Colorado Avalanche blanked the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-0 on Monday night.

Colorado won as +110 road underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 5.5-goal total listed by sportsbooks.

Matt Duchene scored twice for the Avalanche, who got two assists from Chris Stewart in the payday.

Tampa Bay netminder Antero Niittymaki stopped 26 shots in a losing cause for the Lightning.
