Mason, Jackets shut down Panthers

Steve Mason stopped 32 shots for the shutout Wednesday, as the Columbus Blue Jackets defeated the Florida Panthers 3-0 at Nationwide Arena.

Columbus won the game as -165 favorites, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (5.5).

Jason Chimera, Derick Brassard, and Samuel Pahlsson tallied for the Blue Jackets. Tomas Vokoun made 29 saves in a losing effort.
