The New York Islanders are the toast of the Big Apple after defeating cross-town rivals, the New York Rangers, 3-2 in overtime at Madison Square Gardens Saturday.
The Islanders won as +155 road underdogs while the final score played UNDER the 5.5-goal total.
Kyle Okposo scored the overtime winner while also recording two assists. Goaltender Dwayne Roloson made 36 saves in the win.
Brandon Dubinsky scored twice in the third period for the Rangers, including a goal in the final minute to force the extra period.
