Canadiens trim Lightning in OT

Tomas Plekanec scored at 3:32 of overtime to give the Montreal Canadiens a 2-1 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning Wednesday at St. Pete Times Forum.

Montreal won the game as +100 underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (5.5).

Brian Gionta scored the other goal for the Canadiens, and Carey Price made 34 saves in the win.

Kurtis Foster replied for the Lightning, and Mike Smith stopped 33 shots in a losing effort.
