San Jose won as a -270 home favorite while the final score played UNDER the 5.5-goal total.
The Sharks were led by Douglas Murray and Patrick Marleau, who each recorded a goal and an assist.
The Oilers lone goal came off the stick of Robert Nilsson in the second period.
