Michal Handzus scored a late goal to push the Los Angeles Kings past the Detroit Red Wings, 4-3, at the STAPLES Center Saturday.
Los Angeles won as a -125 home favorite while the final score played OVER the 5.5-goal total.
Handzus finished with two goals and an assist for the Kings. Alexander Frolov and Ryan Smyth added second-period goals.
Henrik Zetterberg scored twice in the first period to give the Red Wings a three-goal led. Valtteri Filppula also added a goal in the opening frame.
