St. Louis, Lightning stifle Canucks

Martin St. Louis scored two goals, including the winner on a shorthanded marker early in the third period to lead the Tampa Bay Lightning over the Vancouver Canucks 3-1 on Tuesday night.

Tampa Bay cashed as +125 home underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 5.5-goal total listed by oddsmakers.

St. Louis added an assist for the Lightning, who got a goal and an assist from Steven Stamkos in the win.

Ryan Kesler tallied the lone goal for Vancouver, which outshot Tampa Bay 40-19 on the night.
