Late touchdown lifts Nebraska
Zac Taylor threw a nine-yard score to Maurice Purify with 20 seconds left as Nebraska edged No.24 Texas A&M 28-27 at Kyle Field on Saturday.
The Cornhuskers created a PUSH as 1-point road favorites, and the 55 points scored were OVER the posted total of 52.5.
Taylor was 21-for-35 for 262 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, while Todd Peterson had seven catches for 82 yards and a major for the Cornhuskers.
Stephen McGee went 19-for-32 for 287 yards, and Mike Goodson had 11 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown for the Aggies.
