Tampa Bay cashed as +270 road underdogs, while the game played UNDER the 7-goal total set by oddsmakers.
Walker added an assist for the Lightning, who also got goals from Vincent Lecavalier and Brandon Bochenski in the upset.
Alex Ovechkin had two assists for Washington, which outshot Tampa Bay 30-27 on the night.
