Panthers pounce on Sharks in OT
The Florida Panthers took a 3-2 overtime win over the San Jose Sharks at HP Pavilion Saturday.
Florida won as a +242 road underdog while the final score played UNDER the 5.5-point total.
Bryan Allen netted the overtime winner for the Panthers. Shawn Matthias and Keith Ballard also scored while goaltender Tomas Vokoun stopped 37 shots in the win.
The Sharks got 25 saves from backup goaltender Thomas Greiss while Ryane Clowe and Patrick Marleau scored first-period goal for San Jose.
