Tavares, Islanders stun Canucks

John Tavares had two goals and three assists to lead the New York Islanders past the Vancouver Canucks 5-2 on Tuesday night.

New York won as +230 road underdogs, while the game played OVER the 5.5-goal total set by oddsmakers.

Matt Moulson put up a goal and an assist for the Islanders, who also got markers from Freddy Meyer and Dylan Reese in the upset.

Alex Burrows and Kyle Wellwood scored for Vancouver, which outshot New York 37-20 on the night.
