Blues slip past Blue Jackets in overtime

Erik Johnson scored the winner on the power play in overtime to lift the St. Louis Blues past the Columbus Blue Jackets 2-1 on Monday night.

St. Louis won as -170 home favorites, while the game played UNDER the 5.5-goal total listed by sportsbooks.

Andy McDonald had a goal and an assist for the Blues, who got a pair of helpers from David Perron in the payday.

Derick Brassard netted the lone marker for Columbus, which was outshot 34-28 by St. Louis on the night.
