Philadelphia cashed as -200 home favorites, while the teams played OVER the 5-goal total set by oddsmakers.
Jeff Carter scored twice for the Flyers, who also got a marker from Arron Asham in the payday.
Brian Gionta and Scott Gomez put up a goal and an assist apiece for Montreal, which outshot Philadelphia 27-26 on the night.
