Colorado Skates Past New York 5-1 - Recap

Colorado cruised to victory on Friday, earning an easy 5-1 win over the Rangers at Pepsi Center.

Colorado won as a -128 favorite, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 5.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Daniel Winnik, David Jones, Kevin Shattenkirk, Kevin Porter, and Matt Duchene each scored for the Avalanche in the victory. Jones opened the scoring for Colorado, finding the back of the net at 1:04 of the second period. The goal was assisted by Chris Stewart.
