Florida Ices Tampa Bay 4-3 - Recap

Florida earned a 4-3 victory over Tampa Bay on Saturday, but needed a shootout to do it at St. Pete Times Forum.

Florida was an underdog by +160 and came through for bettors backing them. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 5.5.

Stephen Weiss clinched the win with a shootout goal in round 4 for the Panthers. Florida got goals from Radek Dvorak, Shawn Matthias, and Dmitry Kulikov in the victory. Dvorak opened the scoring at 12:22 of the second period.

Tampa Bay outshot Florida 37-27 in the game.
