Recap - Coyotes Defeat Anaheim 3-0

Phoenix's defense, led by netminder Ilya Bryzgalov, shut down Anaheim 3-0 at Honda Center on on Sunday.

The Coyotes were a +106 underdog in the win. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 5.5.

Shane Doan, Taylor Pyatt, and Lee Stempniak each scored for the Coyotes in the victory. Pyatt opened the scoring for Phoenix, finding the back of the net at 10:59 of the first period. The goal was assisted by Sami Lepisto and David Schlemko.

Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 26 of 26 Anaheim shots in the victory.

Anaheim got a 36-stop effort from Jonas Hiller in the loss.

On the power play, Phoenix went 1-for-6, while the Ducks were 0-for-3 with the man advantage.

Anaheim lost the shots on goal battle to Phoenix by a margin of 39-26.

Next game, Phoenix takes its act home to face Minnesota looking for another win. For Anaheim, they head on the road to face Edmonton.
