Army edges Kent State in overtime
Austin Miller kicked a 36-yard field goal in overtime to lift the Army Black Knights over the Kent State Golden Flashes 17-14 at Michie Stadium on Saturday.
Army did not manage to cover the 6.5-point spread at home, and the 31 total points was UNDER the posted total of 39.
David Peveto was 14-for-28 for 103 yards and two interceptions, Wesley McMahand had 19 carries for 88 yards, and Tony Moore had two rushing scores for the Black Knights.
Julian Edelman was 9-for-22 for 100 yards, one score and one pick, and rushed for 74 yards as well for the Golden Flashes.
