Carolina got a pair of goals from Brandon Sutter as the Hurricanes skated to a 6-4 victory over Toronto on Monday at RBC Center.

Brandon Sutter (2), Erik Cole, Joe Corvo, Jamie McBain, and Jeff Skinner each scored for the Hurricanes in the victory. Corvo opened the scoring for Carolina, finding the back of the net at 12:16 of the first period. The goal was assisted by Joni Pitkanen and Tuomo Ruutu.

Cam Ward turned in a 26-save effort for the Hurricanes.
