Boilermakers tame Wildcats

The Purdue Boilermakers took advanatge of four Northwestern turnovers in Week 9, dropping the Wildcats 35-17 at Ross-Ade Stadium.

The Boilermakers covered the 13.5-point home spread, and the 52 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 64.5.

Curtis Painter was 24-for-38 for 182 yards and two touchdowns, while Jaycen Taylor had 20 rushes for 157 yards and two scores for the Boilermakers.

C.J. Bacher went 20-for-39 for 208 yards, one touchdown and three picks, and Ross Lane caught seven catches for 71 yards for the Wildcats.
