New York skated to a 4-3 victory over Toronto on Tuesday in NHL action at Nassau Coliseum.

James Reimer stopped 36 of 40 shots for the Maple Leafs, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, New York went 0-for-1, while the Maple Leafs were 0-for-3 with the man advantage.

New York outshot Toronto 40-27 in the game.

Next game, New York takes its act home to face Boston looking for another win. For Toronto, they head home to face Philadelphia.
