Cox saves Georgia from embarrassment
Joe Cox threw two late touchdown passes as No.9 Georgia survive a big scare, coming from behind to beat Colorado 14-13 at Sanford Stadium on Saturday.
The Bulldogs did not cover the 27-point spread at home, and the 27 points scored was UNDER the posted total of 36.5.
Cox was 10-for-13 for 154 yards and two touchdowns in relief of Matthrew Stafford. Martrez Milner caught four balls for 64 yards and a score for the Bulldogs.
Bernard Jackson was 14-for-26 for 140 yards and a pick, and also rushed for 85 yards and a major. Riar Greer had seven receptions for 71 yards for the Buffaloes.
